Job description
Plant and harvest vegetables (Kale, Parsley, Cilantro, Asparagus, Turnips, Peppers (Bell, Serrano), Squash (Green, Yellow, Butternut), Cucumbers. Use hand tools such as shovels, waterwheels and baskets. Load and stack harvest baskets on trailer. Lay drip tape and pull at end of season. Set up irrigation, manually plant, weed, and clean plastic of debris. Maintain crops including staking, tying, pruning. Post harvest handling includes sorting and packing in bins, boxes and bags.
Special Requirements
Monday-Sunday, 40 hrs/wk, Start/end times may vary. Floating schedule based on weather. Schedule varies. No experience required, will train.
