Housekeeper

Job description

Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain cottages and other property buildings, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, cleaning and replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, stocking and organizing, sanitizing, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming. Assists with washing, drying and folding linens. Some outdoor spaces included. Cleaning outdoor spaces to include pool areas, outside of buildings - picking up litter, removing and replacing trashcan liners of outside trash receptacles and removing cobwebs from the outside of the buildings.

Shifts vary and range from 7am- 3pm; 8am-4:30pm; 3pm- 11pm. Open 7 days per week. Work days and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required.

Special Requirements

Must have the ability to bend, stretch, and lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to climb and descend stairs on a regular basis. Bonus available based on performance and inspection scores and Employer will conduct background check prior to offer of employment
