Job description
Produce high quality food according to recipes and menus or assigned special in a timely, organized manner. Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Ensure a high level of sanitation and safety at all times.
Employer will offer minimum 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, work days vary Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times 8am-5pm, 12pm-9pm, 3pm-12am. Hours and shift times may vary with business demand.
Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $20.01 per hour.
Special Requirements
Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
