Job description
Our farm utilizes seasonal help from fall harvest through spring planting. Employees may assist with all aspects of corn production. Specifically, workers would assist with planting corn from April until June. Job duties may include: operating rock picking machines to remove rocks from the corn fields, operating tractors, pickups, semi-trucks, and other farm equipment, planting corn, repairing soil erosion problems in field, installing field tile, seeding and maintaining grass waterways, cleaning and maintaining farm equipment, hauling ag commodities. Equipment operated may include: tractors, pickups, semi-trucks, tractors, and other farm equipment. A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
Special Requirements
Post employment drug test is paid for by employer, if applicable. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
