This may include, for example, repairing or replacing gutters, fascia, and/or windows that were damaged during the same event as the roof. Tasks may involve removing damaged gutters, fascia, and/or windows and attaching or affixing replacements. Remove debris from worksite. All duties to be performed utilizing proper installation methods and proper fall protection and scaffolding.

Physically demanding duties related to new and replacement roofing projects. Tearoff / remove existing shingles or other roof materials. Clean roof deck in preparation for installation. Install tar paper, flashing, and new shingles or other roof materials. May perform other repair tasks at worksite in connection with, or ancillary to, roofing projects such as gutters, windows, and other related repair. Remove debris from worksite. All duties to be performed utilizing proper installation methods and proper fall protection and scaffolding.

Special Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have ability to consistently lift 80 lbs.
