Prep tasks include: cutting, slicing, chopping vegetables to be used by cooks, preparing and
cleaning fruits, make sauces as per the recipe, package and label foods for cooks to use for meal
service. In some occasions it may include assisting with slicing meats, cheese, preparing salads,
or operating a fryer.

Responsible for washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, drinkware, or anything else used in the kitchen or restaurant to eat and prepare foods. At times, you may also assist with prep tasks for restaurant or events or help on the line with basic duties for meal service times.

Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday – Friday; any one of these shifts: 5 a.m. – 2 p.m.; 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.; or 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Special Requirements

No min. education required; Three (3) months of experience in a restaurant as a dishwasher or prep cook is required.
