Job description
Prepare, season, cook soups, salads, hamburgers, sandwiches, meats, vegetables, desserts or other hot foods in restaurant setting; estimate expected food consumption, requisition or purchase supplies, or procure food from storage; clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices; ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock; ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds
The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off. 2 shifts available, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 9:00; split shifts may be required. Approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend and holiday work is required.
