Job description
The Kitchen Worker will be responsible for facilitating food service. Job duties will include the following: clean tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing soiled table linens; setting tables; replenishing the supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; supplying service bar with food, serving items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons; performing a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea; cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils.
Special Requirements
The petitioner will consider any person for employment who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.

Work hours: 40 hrs/wk. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Shifts vary (6am 2pm; 2pm 11pm, 8 am 4:00 pm, or 10 am 6:00 pm).
