Job description
The line cook will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in a restaurant. Additional duties may include ordering supplies, keeping records and accounts, price items on the menu, or plan the menu.
Special Requirements
The petitioner will consider any person for employment who possesses at least six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.

Work hours: 35 hrs/wk. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Shifts vary (Example shifts: 9 am 4 pm; or 2 pm 9 pm).
