Job description
OPEN, CLOSE, WINTERIZE, REPAIR BROKEN HEAD, LEAKS ON IRRIGATION SYSTEMS. DIG TRENCHES TO LAY IRRIGATION LINES USE OF SHOVELS, PICKS, RAKES. REPAIR IRRIGATION SYSTEMS. To include the trenched will be 1 foot down and six inches wide for the purpose of laying pipe for irrigation lines. The position is 4/1/2023 through 11/15/2023. Days vary Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. May get up to 10 hours/week overtime when available. 8:00AM-5:00PM. No experience necessary. This temporary full time job will pay 18.75-19.75 per hour, and will pay an overtime rate of 28.13-29.63 per hour based on performance. Multiple sites in Greenland County. Employer will transport workers to & from each job location. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday.
All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging), to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistence is $14.00 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of $59 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
