Job description
8 temporary full-time positions available starting April 1, 2023 and continuing through December 1, 2023, with standard day shift of forty hours provided weekly - Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, at $17.58 per hour or higher, with overtime offered often, at $26.37 per hour or higher. No previous training, experience, or education required. Clear easy instructions are given on the job.
The position is non-agricultural and entry-level. Ground Person duties include ground-level pruning and trimming and hedging, all at ground level; also raking and digging and weeding and planting and watering; chipping; also applying protective mulch and fertilizer; also collecting and hauling out debris, and loading/unloading crew vehicles.
Ground Persons observe for any shrub or hedge problems and inform crew leaders. Ground Persons attend a daily Safety Briefing.
