Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking such as preparing cold foods or shellfish or slicing meat. Duties also include handling and packaging food, and general cleaning and sanitation of food preparation. Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts, according to orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures.
