Facilities Technician

Job description

Responsible for ensuring that the property is in excellent condition for guest and associates. Under the direction of the General Manager, and Chief Engineer, responsible for maintaining all equipment, systems and building components, including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, tile and other equipment.

Will report directly to the General Manager at the assigned property.

Hotel Indigo, 10 Harrison Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL 32401
Harrisons Kitchen & Bar, 5 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401
Homewood Suites, 47 Chip Seal Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32407
Embassy Suites, 16006 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32413
Hilton Garden Inn, 5625 Venture Crossings Blvd, Panama City Beach, FL 32408

Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday – Friday; any one of these shifts: 7am-3pm, 3am-11pm, 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Special Requirements

No min. education required; Six (6) months of experience with maintenance is required.
