Job description
Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, sandwiches, breads, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants and cafes, and quick-serve locations. Proper food preparation, sanitation, storage, and service. Includes some outdoor cooking and grilling as well banquet culinary service. Ensures food production per technique, recipe, and menu guidelines. Ensures that the food is well presented.
Normal Workdays: Monday through Sunday – 7 days a week. Business Operations: 7 days a week – 24 hour business operation needs. Work week begins Monday, ends Sunday; 8 hrs/day.; Normal shift time required of workers include: 6:00am to 2:30pm; 8am – 4:30pm; 2:30pm to 11:00pm; 11:00pm to 7:00am – Holidays and weekends included.
Workers will work 35 at least hours per week and will work weekends, spilt, and rotate shifts.

Special Requirements
Must have 6 months experience as a Cook or related position. Must have ability to maintain a stationary position; move; be able to operate/use, objects, tools or controls; ascend/descend stairs; and have the ability to position oneself to preform various tasks. Must have ability to occasionally move up to 75 pounds. Must be able to detect objects close-up and at a distance, determine color and depth, and observe surroundings.
