Job description
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, mulching, weeding, raking, gardening, edging, planting, pruning, on-site installation/maintenance of large caliper trees and shrubs, leaf removal; installation and maintenance of irrigation systems; installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, installing rock gardens, decorating garden with stones; assist with install of patios, decks and outdoor entertainment centers. Load/unload equipment. Cleanup debris as part of installation or service process; clean and maintain equipment/tools when not in use and ensure proper storage at end of day. Entry Level; requires supervision.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
