Job description
Thawing of raw product (frozen shrimp) from sacks in the holding freezer by cutting the sacks open and dumping them into thaw tanks for further processing. Once product is processed into finished form, duties consist of packing final product into containers and icing product to maintain it frozen for stocking or shipping purposes.
Special Requirements
Schedules are rotating shifts all between the hours of 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a 1-hour break in between every 8 hours.
8-10 hours overtime. Sometimes weekends.
