Job description
Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu. Clean kitchen area and dishes.
Special Requirements
Must either have Serve Safe Certification or be willing to get Serve Safe Certification.
THE PETITIONER WILL CONSIDER FOR EMPLOYMENT ANY PERSON WHOPOSSESSES AT LEAST SIX (6)MONTHS OF CULINARY EXPERIENCEIN A FINE-DINING OR HIGH-VOLUME ENVIRONMENT AT A HIGH-END RESTAURANT, RESORT, OR PRIVATE CLUB.

40 hrs/wk. Work schedule can vary and can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Sample Shifts: 8am 4pm, 2pm 10pm. Shifts may vary. Workers are paid weekly.
