Job description
Calculate blends, batch the blends, then dump the blends into vehicles.
Deliver dry fertilizer blends from fertilizer plant to farmers for spreading.
Operate field equipment such as terragators.
As needed workers will clean and maintain grain bins and grain facility
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds.
Extensive pushing and pulling is required.Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers expense due to the liability of driving heavy equipment and
driving
trucks on public roads. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers expense due to the expensive tools and equipment on the farm.
Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
