Job description
Workers will be required to keep all property and farm buildings clean. Certain license drivers will be asked to drive vehicles on the farm. They will be required to cut sweet potato plants either by knife or machine, according lo the season. They will put plants in boxes weighing up to 501bs. after filling load boxes onto trailer to ship to the potato fields. The agri-bond will be removed before cutting and eplaced after cutting. Workers may be instructed to water or fertilize plant beds. When plants arrive in the field workers will place plants on trans-planter. Workers will ride trans-planter and place one plant in every other plant finger. Excessive skips are unacceptable plant boxes will be loaded back on trailer to be refilled. Workers will use hoe or hands to remove weeds from fields and to keep plant boxes and potato bins Workers will ride on potato harvesters and sort potatoes off of the conveyor belts into bins according to size and grade. Workers will use hands and tools to repair plant boxes and wooden potato bins. Workers will work in hot, cold and sometimes wet conditions, according to the weather.

The employer will provide to the worker at no charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
