Job description

Workers will manually plant, hoe, weed, irrigate, clean, spray, load/unload produce into trucks. They will also till soil and apply fertilizers, as well as transplant, weed, thin, prune, cultivate and harvest crops. Workers will also be cleaning, packing and loading harvested products. Workers will be responsible for post harvest clean up, constructing trellises, repairing fences and farm buildings and other related activities. Will use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, prune hooks, shears and knives; operate farm equipment.

Special Requirements

Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity.
