Job description
Workers will be on farms, installing, and repairing pre-cast concrete slat floors for livestock buildings and/or poultry confinement structures. Positioning, maneuvering and cutting concrete slats to fit on walls and columns. Additionally, workers will be constructing livestock confinements and/or poultry confinement structures on farms. Unload materials and layout steel, tin sheets, trusses, and other components for building livestock buildings. Build and erect walls and trusses. Lift tin sheets to roof and sheet walls, install doors and caulk structure. Repair and installing curtains and gates. Clean up job site.
Special Requirements
One month of slat installation experience required. Must be able to climb ladders. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs/75 yards. Post-employment drug tests are paid for by employer when applicable.
