Job description
Work under this contract will consist of performing various processes of harvesting row crop such as Cantaloupes and general labor. Work may be done on the ground or with the use of harvesting machine where the workers may place cantaloupes inside cartons according to size and color while on the field. Some workers may carry and assemble empty boxes. Worker must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Variable weather conditions. All work must be performed in a manner that exhibits Generally Accepted Practices (GAP) and the utmost in food safety at all times. Requires one (1) month of experience cutting and/or picking cantaloupes to avoid crop damage and personal injury.
