Workers Needed:
a. Total: 42
b. H-2A: 17
JK Farm Labor seeks certification for 17 H-2A workers and 42 total workers. Of the 42 total workers, 25 will be domestic workers who do not require housing.

Job Duties - Description of the specific services or labor to be performed:

Agricultural product: Alfalfa

Responsible for alfalfa harvesting and crop management.
Worker will drive tractor with implements Baler or Rack.
Worker will drive Swather and Bale wagon.
Worker will be in charge of cut, rake, bale and stacking alfalfa, as well as scheduling and moisture readings.
The job requires occasional care of livestock and daily routine maintenance (grease, bale weight adjustment and cleaning of tractor and implement attachment).

Special Requirements

Must be able to operate hay machine. Must have 3 months of work experience with hay equipment. Specific requirements include repetitive movements, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over, being able to lift 50 lbs. bales of hay and being able to use hand tools.
