Job description

All applicants must be able, willing, and qualified to perform the work described in this job description and must be available for the entire period of employment specified in box 3 and 4, page 1 of this order. This work order is for qualified people to perform the duties of general field work and harvesting of pumpkins and gourds. Workers will be using a hoe to weed between rows of pumpkins during growing season. Workers must be willing to work in varied weather conditions. The work requires long hours of standing, bending, and walking. The workers will be picking up pumpkins and placing them on a conveyor belt and/or removing them from a conveyor belt and placing them in a truck or bin, therefore the worker must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. The harvest lasts five to six weeks and workers will not be required to work for more than the number of hours specified in the job order for a workday, or on the workers Sabbath or Federal holidays. Employer will furnish to workers at no cost all tools and equipment required to perform duties assigned. Workers must be able to take directions in simple English.

Once hired, workers may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker.
