Harvest And Planting Crew Members

Job description

Report to operations manager and adhere to all company safety policies. Prepare farming equipment and grounds.

Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray, irrigate, fertilize, harvest and haul grain and cotton commodities.

Perform basic farm related duties such as servicing and repairing equipment, shop work, and general farm maintenance.

Special Requirements

Workers must have a valid, insurable drivers license or be eligible to apply for same at no cost to the worker within 30 days of employment.

Workers with a clean MVR and able to obtain an insurable driver's license may be requested to drive company vehicles. Eligible workers may be asked to drive other workers.
