Job description

WORKERS AS CREW MEMBERS WILL WORK ON TOBACCO. VEGETABLE HARVESTING AND GENERAL FARM WORK CROP RELATED.
Tobacco: plant, clean, flower cut, cut, hang, grading and bale tobacco. Use hand tools, such hoes, knife, spear.
Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and movement of the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. Manually harvest vegetables and field crops. Duties may include loading harvested products. All these jobs will be done under extreme sunlight. Stooping, bending and heavy lifting will be required of workers.
