Job description
Employees will harvest, hand pick, sort, grade, count, clean, load and unload blueberry. They will also be pulling weeds, raking, cleaning areas around the farms. Other duties may include field maintenance, camp sanitation. Heavy lifting , bending and stooping will be involved on a daily basis. Workers will be expected to conform to the specific instructions given for each days work. Instructions and general supervision will be provided by the employer. Work in inclement weather (rain, heat, cold, hot, humid) weather may fluctuate work hours (+/-); possible downtimes.

Special Requirements
Training will be a period of 2 days with the first day to acclimate the worker to physical demands of work and to familiarize workers with the job specifications and to demonstrate proper harvest methods and other crop specific issues. The employer will only conduct a drug test if the worker is in a work-related accident. The drug testing will be at the employer's expense. if the worker fails the drug test or refuses the drug test this will be probable cause for termination of employment.
