Job description
General farm labor, including, but not limited to: Hoeing weeds; tractor driving; planting transplants; vineyard maintenance; and watermelon, cotton, and grape harvesting. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Must be able to operate tractors and farm implements; impact wrench and hand tools, including pruning sheers and weed hoe. Must have or be able to obtain driver's license. Must be able to lift 80 lbs. Must be able to withstand exposure to extreme temperatures; repetitive movements; extensive pushing and pulling; extensive walking; and frequent stooping.
