Job description
Workers on this application will be on farms, hand weeding a variety of crops in the fields such as corn, beans, and soybeans. Duties will include removing weeds, rocks, and sticks from the rows of crops. Workers will walk and weed the fields as well, using garden hoes to remove unwanted weeds. Each worker will be responsible for their own rows of crops on the farm. Tools used will be garden hoes and machetes.
Special Requirements
Must be willing to work on feet in bent, stooped, and crouched positions for long periods of time. Work requires repetitive movements and extensive walking. Must be physically able to do the work required and must be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures. Post-employment drug tests are paid for by employer when applicable.
