Job description
Weeding out organic crops (corn and soybeans). Hand-weed, along with cultivating, rotary hoeing, and using other hand tools to control weeds. Must be able to identify weeds. Post-harvest processing of flowers for essential oils, by stripping, separating the flowers, and drying them out. Walking for long periods of time throughout the day. Must be able to repetitively stoop, push, pull, and bend. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds for 50 yards. Clean site/work area.
