Job description
Workers will clean fields by cutting weeds and plowing the grounds, preparing the fields for Cotton plantations, as
well as peanut plantations workers will clean and prepare the fields for plantations.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs max without help and work under extreme weather conditions. Must tolerate soil and dirt
on clothing and might encounter with snakes and insects from dirt and soils while cleaning.
Must perform several manual tasks out on the fields of sweet potatoe, cotton and peanut fields.
From May 5th through June 5th, workers will prepare fields for planting sweet potatoes, peanuts and cotton. Cultivate the plants and harvest for proper deliveries.
Harvest begins in August through December. For seven months workers will perform several manual tasks . Tools and equipment are provided by Employer, such as knifes, shovels, all tools necessary to cut, dig, and irrigate plants while growing, during the harvest season. Summer, Fall and one month of winter,
