Job description
Workday and hours can vary.
Duties will include weeding, thinning, and harvesting onions and chiles.
Harvest onions and clip roots and tops; place in a 6-gallon bucket then transfer to a 50-55-pound sack; sack will hold 2 6-gallon buckets.
Harvest chiles; will pick chiles without stem and place in a 10-gallon bucket and take to trailer to be dumped. Workers will receive 1 token for each bucket of chile picked.
Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath.
Drug and alcohol-free work zone.
Tools provided at no cost to workers: shears, file to sharpen shears, buckets, sacks, & hoes.
