Job description
Operate John Deere tractors with precision GPS (Greenstar) for growing crops; control irrigation to water crops in warm weather, scout fields to assess crop maturity, pest presence, and nutrient requirements; operate Lenco and Spudnik harvesters to harvest potatoes at correct moisture content, operate PIC Rite 290 harvester for harvesting tomatoes, operate Caterpillar front end loaders, drive truck or tractor to haul crops, tools, equipment to storage or market; unload crops into storage; end of harvest season cleanup and winterization of all equipment
