Job description
R&D labor, including, but not limited to: self-pollination, hand cross pollination, leaf sampling, tagging, hand detasseling, hand harvesting, hoeing, shelling, bogging, and seed cleaning. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Drug screening is required post-hire at employer's expense. Background checks and drug screenings are necessary due to the job duties requiring concentration and daily exposure to environmental conditions. Any mind-altering substances can generate dangerous and unwanted situations with workers.
