Job description
While working for customer Bayer CropScience LP, the workers will be responsible for Roguing and Detasseling of seed corn, as well as harvesting and conditioning of the seed crop which includes job duties that consist of the following practices: Green Corn Dump, Husking Bed Operator, Bin Fill, Bin Unload, Shelling, Conditioning, and Cleaning Crew. While working for customer Heartland Co-op, the workers will be responsible for mixing and applying fertilizer, loading and unloading grain trucks and trains, moving/driving grain trucks, filling and emptying grain bins, cleaning seed corn, and miscellaneous labor.
