Job description
Field Supervisor:
Workers will provide supervision to crew members in the farm worker positions.
Workers will be assigned to team members during season.
Workers will be required to track time of crew and report any worker absences or separations from employment immediately.
Workers will be responsible for providing crew with necessary water supply, and work tools.
Workers may be required to assist workers in the completion of the job.
Workers will be required to operate farm vehicles to move between fields and blocks.
Workers will be required to communicate with other supervisors and farm management.
Workers will supervise the following activities: detasseling and rogueing.
Workers will be required to obtain FLCE Driver authorized registrations to drive and transport workers under Corn River Harvesting, Inc. FLC License.
Employer will require worker to drive in Employer-provided vehicles to and from the worksites.
Workers must have a valid CDL or equivalent license.
Worker must understand and agree to driving rules.
