Job description
Food Concession Operations: Duties include simple cooking and selling of fair food to customers at festivals and county/state fairs. Take orders from customer, receive payment, and make change. Maintain clean work area. Set up, tear downs concessions. Maintain/repair equipment. Live in shared housing and travel to various work sites in MN, ND, IA, TX.
Living quarters provided, meals provided on travel days.
Special Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs, basic English required to interact with customers and co-workers, basic math skills.
40+ hrs, 11a-11p, M-Sun, hours and workdays may vary depending on weather.
