Job description
We need seasonal employees to help sort, grade and pack apples for retail and wholesale. Employees will need to assist with pressing apples into apple cider according to food safety standards. Employee will need to do various apple tree tasks, such as; tree training by attaching the tree to posts, tying down branches with string and or thinning apples from the trees. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Discrimination in any form will not be tolerated and will be grounds for termination.
Special Requirements
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for up to 20 feet. Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours per day on concrete floor. Job requires extensive standing, walking, repetitive movements and frequent stooping. Exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Food safety standards must be followed in all areas of orchard employment. Require 3 months' experience.
