Job description

Duties include: Employees will operate tractors with designated towing equipment, such as land rollers to be used for rolling all types of beans after planting. Crops will also require spraying for
weed control, etc. They will deliver materials, supplies or equipment to designated locations owned or controlled by the employer. Routine maintenance will need to be done on all equipment used, structures and grounds. Employees must have a valid drivers license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours. No Educational level required. No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and other wise discouraged. - Must be able to read, understand and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational level required. - Must have three months tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements. Operate and understand computerized monitors.
