Job description
Workers will be harvesting blackberries according to color, firmness, and ripeness by hand and filling them into buckets, Once the buckets are full the workers will hand them to individuals loading them into hauling trucks where the buckets will be dumped into larger containers. The process will repeat with workers taking their breaks and lunch hour. Workers will also be performing general farm labor duties such as pulling weeds, removing any dead plants or trees by hand and rakes and cleaning out any irrigation jets and making sure they are not clogged up and if it’s something they can clear out by taking apart then it is
something they will perform.
