Job description

Obtain and distribute product. Open oysters using hand tools to remove meat from shell. Wash, grade, can, freeze and place oysters into containers. Assist with plant clean-up. Under supervision may operate scales, shell stock washer and equipment to handle seafood. May need to lift/carry up to 75 pounds. Work is supervised. 7 day(s) on the job training provided.

Special Requirements

Lift/carry up to 75 pounds. Employer paid drug test is Random (post-employment), Upon Suspicion (Post Employment), Post Employment. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal. After training period, employees are expected to meet or exceed their hourly pay in piece rate.
