Farm Worker

Job description

Pull weeds and grass from fields by hand or hoe; field grade onions and load onion trailers by hand; warehouse grade and pack onions, repair wooden onion crates. Must be able to lift 75lbs to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and be able to carry 75lbs in the field.

Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All testing will occur post-hire and is not apart of the interview process. Negative result required before starting work.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift 75lbs to shoulder height repetitively throughout the day and able to lift and carry 75lbs in the field.
