Farmworker

Job description

Duties may include tending to farm & ranch animals, specifically calving operations and care of new born calves. Plant & harvest feed crops, repair farm structures & fences, clean & maintain animal housing areas & grounds. May operate motorized vehicles to feed animals. Use of farm truck provided. Workers with proper licensing and clean driving records, may be asked to drive company vehicles. Involves, bending, stooping, lifting, stretching and repetitive movements. Must be able lift 75 lbs often, work in extreme weather conditions. Possibility of performance based raise, weekends and additional hours. 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, M-Sa. Must be available 24/7 for animal emergencies/care.
