Job description
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the raw sugar process, including quality control of unit processes. Assist with equipment cleaning procedures and equipment maintenance during and after the harvesting season. Submits laboratory data to process operators.
Special Requirements
Willing to work 7 days a week in varying 8 and 10-12 hour shifts during the manufacturing of raw sugar cane season. 40hrs a week after harvesting season will be offered until the end of the contract.
Shifts are as follows: 11am-7pm; 7pm-3pm; 3am-11am or 11am-11pm; 11pm-11am
Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.
Worker will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during the workday.
