Job description
Lawn Maintenance: Mowing Watering Trimming Planting and Removal of landscaping plants
and Materials Spreading Mulch or Soil by hand Pulling weeds by hand Using Landscaping
tools and equipment (Mowers, Weed eaters, blowers, rakes, shovels etc.) Edging Cleanup and
Removal of all debris and trash from work-site
Special Requirements
ABLE TO LIFT UP 50LBS SIT STAND KNEEL REACH OVERHEAD OR GROUND LEVEL AND WALK FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
ONCE HIRED MAY BE REQUIRED TO TAKE A RANDOM DRUG TEST AT NO COST TO WORKER, TESTING POSITIVE OR FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION
Anticipated Days and Hours Work Per Week -The standard work schedule is from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday; Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary, Employer will offer 35 Hours per work week- Overtime is offered but not guaranteed - Employer may offer more hours than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs and other conditions.
