"Set up and break down banquet equipment"- This involves setting up banquet stations that are used to display, prepare, and serve food at dining events. Specific equipment that will be set up includes: buffet risers, props, and portable banquet displays for displaying food, various platters, plates, and utensils, chafing dishes, ice platters, cutting boards, heat lamps, and portable cooking equipment such as burners, flat tops, and grills.

Kitchen Stewards will be responsible for cleaning (by machine or hand), organizing and storage of all silver, glass, pots and equipment, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, and sorting and removing trash. Responsible for the set up and break down of all banquet equipment. Kitchen Stewards will need to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
