Job description

Responsible for preparing customer menu orders according to the restaurant’s recipe guidelines. This may include working on the garde manger, grill, saute, fryer, expo, or prep stations. As needed, will be expected to help with cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes, pots and pans.
Successful applicant must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Monday – Friday; any one shifts: 8:00am -4:30pm; 2:00 pm-10:30 p.m.; or 3:00pm – 11:30 p.m. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Travel throughout this area is required.

Special Requirements

Six (6) months of experience in a restaurant line cook role is required.
