Job description
Front Desk/Concierges will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner, following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations for spa services, dining and special events, distributing Club information and schedules, executing point-of-sale and billing reconciliation for member and guest purchases such as spa products, services, and food and beverage, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. The Front Desk/Concierge will also be responsible for ensuring that all common areas in the front desk/reception area are properly cleaned, inventoried, restocked, and ready for guest appointments or reservations. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of front desk experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete a pre-employment drug screening.
