Job description
Cooks will be responsible for cooking, baking, grilling, sauteing, and broiling seafood, meat, poultry and vegetables, keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized, receiving and storing all ingredients daily, preparing all raw ingredients, preparing sauces, breaking down and scaling whole fish. They will also be responsible for preparation of raw bar ice display, caviar presentation and plating hot and cold food.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any applicant who possesses at least one (1) year of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening.
