Job description
Operate stationary equipment such to perform post-harvest tasks such as ginning; record weights and other identifying information including weight of bale and seed; manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery; load and unload bales in gin; guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines; adjust, repair, and service machinery and notify supervisors of malfunctions; during times of peak need and depending on weather or crop conditions, hours requested may increase; work at night may be requested; employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath.
